YourSkyPath is run by [your full name or business name], [country]. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@yourskypath.com.
What we collect
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your birth date, time and place (and, if you add it, where you live now) | To calculate your chart and write your SkyPath and your reading. |
| Your email address | To send your reading, your receipt and, only if you agree, our emails about SkyPath. |
| Payment details | Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. |
| Your connection's IP address | To stop abuse: the bot check and the daily limit on free SkyPaths. |
| Which link brought you here | To know which posts and partners send visitors, and to pay creators their share. |
Who helps us run SkyPath
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Anthropic (the Claude API) receives your chart details to write your text. It does not receive your email or payment details.
- Stripe takes your payment.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Render hosts our server, where your SkyPath, orders and readings are stored.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a visitor is a person, not a bot.
- Google Fonts supplies the page's fonts.
[If you add the Meta Pixel: Meta learns that you visited or bought, only if you accept cookies, so we can measure our ads.] We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Your reading stays at its private link so you can come back to it. Ask us and we'll delete it.
- Order records are kept for about 13 months, and payment records as long as tax law requires.
- Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop our emails, by writing to hello@yourskypath.com. We reply within 30 days. If you live in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
SkyPath is for people aged 16 and over. You may enter a child's birth details only if you are their parent or guardian.
